Amazon Orders

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition immediately and contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product in order to review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. However, once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier or third-party fulfillment provider, delivery timelines and transit handling are outside our direct control.

Split Shipments
