Return & Refund Policy
At Kiln Dried Wood Company, we take pride in providing high-quality kiln-dried firewood and cooking wood products. Because our products are natural wood products and may vary slightly in size, shape, bark content, color, grain, and other natural characteristics, these variations are not considered defects.
Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible at info@kilndriedwoodco.com or (937) 308-5410 so we can review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, used, burned, opened, or partially used firewood and cooking wood products cannot be returned.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds, store credit, or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Incorrect items provided by us
- Orders that arrive materially damaged
- Orders with a verified issue reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery
To request a review, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by law:
- Firewood that has been stored outside after pickup or delivery
- Products with natural variation in cut size, bark, color, or shape
- Products that have already been used, burned, or transferred to another container or location
- Custom, bulk, seasonal, or special-order items
Local Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for confirming product details at the time of pickup. Once a pickup order has left our location, returns are not accepted on opened or used products.
Delivered or Shipped Orders
If there is a problem with a delivered or shipped order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and additional information before issuing any replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Please allow normal banking and payment processor time for the refund to appear.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are prepared, packed, loaded, or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.
